and b)what server-URL must i use for the plugin ?

You should upload the plugin to your wordpress blog an in the settings page fill in the URL to the API together with the login information. Then every time you post in your blog you should see a new status update.

It's working on multisite environments if you have file_get_contents() activated. We're running it like that on our server, but that's our server. Ask your server provider to activate file_get_contents()

How can i check if file_get_contents() activated ?

When it's active it's working.
