I created a banner, paid $5 to remove createbanner.com and when I click save banner - it comes up a blank background, no text except createbanner.com????

I clicked save banner before creating text but then went back and created it and paid $5. I tried moving and retyping text but that did not work

That's what's wrong, you went back. You need to contact support at http://company.xaviermedia.com/contact/ to have that problem fixed.
